Rates:

The rates listed below are for the first 12 people.  For each person above
the first 12 people add $15 per person per night.

There is a $30 inspection/processing fee

There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax

2008

Jan, Feb., March, April, May, Nov.,Dec   $205.00 weekdays $280.00 weekends, per night 

(exceptions would be spring breaks and Christmas break, which are $250.00 per night for weekdays)

June  :  $365.00 per night 

July ,Aug  :  $415.00 per night  (7 day minimum for July and August)

Sept, Oct :  $255.00 weekdays $365.00 weekends, per night 

Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New years Day, and Memorial Day  

are $415.00 per day.  Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1510.00.

2009

Jan, Feb., March, April, May, Nov.,Dec   $205.00 weekdays $290.00 weekends, per night (exceptions  

would be spring breaks and Christmas break, which are $260.00 per night for weekdays)

Sept, Oct :  $265.00 weekdays $375.00 weekends, per night 

Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New years Day, Seafood and Wine Festival, and Memorial Day  

are $425.00 per day.  Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1550.00
