| Bedroom Configuration: Downstairs; Bedroom#1- has 1 queen bed, loveseat, recliner, TV ,DVD, and VCR. Upstairs; Bedroom #2, two queen size beds with private deck bedroom shares bathroom with Bedroom #3 which has one queen size bed, Bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds, Bedroom #5 and two queen beds. Bedrooms 1,2,and 5 have a great oceanfront view. |

There are NO pets or smoking allowed
The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, firewood (if you want to build a fire), paper products, and cleaning rags. All cleaning supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the house it will be an additional charge of $120.00.
