The following is a list of information about the house that you will find useful:

	The house is a wonderful oceanfront home with a fabulous view out of 11 windows
	It has easy beach access, right out the back door!
	Sleeps 16
	6 bedrooms : 5 with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with one bunk bed and a double bed
	Configuration of bedrooms Main living area downstairs has two bedrooms: Master bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful ocean view, the second bedroom has a bunk bed and double bed. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with one queen bed each; 1 bedroom has two queens; one bedroom has one queen bed, TV with cable, VCR/DVD player and a love seat. The Master bedroom downstairs and two of the upstairs rooms have great ocean views out of a very large picture window.
	2 1/2 baths (the master bath has a jetted Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sinks)
	2 cable TV's, 2 DVD / video players
	Fireplace
	Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board
	Kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances; basic cooking, baking and eating utensils. Dishwasher, and Microwave.
	High speed wireless internet connection

There are NO pets or smoking allowed

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own sheets, towels, dish towels, firewood (if you want to build a fire), paper products (including toilet paper) , and cleaning rags. All cleaning supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the house it will be an additional charge of $120.00.
