Barefoot Sands Rates:

The rates listed below are for the first 12 people.  For each person above
the first 12 people add $15 per person per night.

There is a $30 inspection/processing fee

There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax

If you would like us to clean the house it will be an extra $120.00 or you can clean it yourself.

2009 and 2010

Jan, Feb., March, April, May, Nov.,Dec:   

$205.00 weekdays $290.00 weekends, per night (exceptions  would be spring breaks and Christmas break, which are $250.00 per night for weekdays)

June  :  $335.00 per night

July ,Aug  :  $395.00 per night  

Sept, Oct :  $225.00 weekdays $335.00 weekends, per night 

Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New years Day, Seafood and Wine Festival, and Memorial Day are $395.00 per day.  Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1510.00 

2011

Jan, Feb., March, April, May, Nov.,Dec:   

$210.00 weekdays $295.00 weekends, per night (exceptions  would be spring breaks and Christmas break, which are $255.00 per night for weekdays)

June  :  $350.00 per night

July ,Aug  :  $410.00 per night  

Sept, Oct :  $225.00 weekdays $335.00 weekends, per night 

Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Eve, New years Day, Seafood and Wine Festival, and Memorial Day are $410.00 per day.  Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1525.00
